Auto Responder - Definition
An Auto Responder is a configurable computer program that automatically answers e-mail sent to it. If you have ever seen a message in your email inbox that says something like: “Bob Jones is out of the office on vacation. He checks his e-mail regularly and will get back to you shortly”, then you have seen a message sent by an auto responder. The message can be tailored to suit your needs.
