Browser - Definition
A Browser is essentially a program that provides a way to look at, read, print and even hear all the information contained on the World Wide Web. It is software that can function either in addition to (as with Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, and Opera) or as part of (as with Internet Explorer) an operating system that allows users to reads hypertext and display it as formatted text and images on their computer. Internet Browsers also allow users to navigate from one web site to another.
