Sleep Mode - Definition
Sleep Mode refers to a power saving mode that allows computers to shut down and reduce power to suspend the monitor, hard drive, or the whole computer usually when the display or hard drive have been inactive for a set period of time. Settings are in CMOS setup and in Control Panel.
